What is Kamrai?
Kamrai is an online accounting and financial management system for Thai businesses. It helps manage income and expenses, issue tax invoices, calculate VAT and WHT, generate profit & loss reports, track accounts receivable/payable, and manage credit cards — all in one place.
What types of businesses is Kamrai suitable for?
Kamrai is designed for SMEs of all types, including service businesses, retail stores, import/export companies, and construction contractors. It supports both corporate entities and individuals who need a comprehensive yet easy-to-use financial management system.
Pricing & Plans
Can I use Kamrai for free?
Yes! Kamrai offers a free plan with no expiry date. It supports 1 user, 2 bank accounts, and up to 10 documents per month. It's ideal for those just starting out or wanting to explore the system.
What's the difference between Starter, Business, and Business Pro?
Starter supports 3 users and 100 documents/month. Business supports 6 users, 1,000 documents/month, and adds Tax Estimation and Team Calendar. Business Pro supports 15 users, 5,000 documents/month, and includes project-based transaction tracking for contractors.
Tax & Documents
What are VAT and WHT? Can Kamrai calculate them automatically?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is a 7% tax on goods and services. WHT (Withholding Tax) is deducted at source by the payer at rates of 1–15% depending on the service type. Kamrai automatically calculates both VAT and WHT when you record a transaction, and summarizes the amounts for monthly tax filing.
Can I issue tax invoices with Kamrai?
Yes. Kamrai supports issuing tax invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers directly from the system, without needing any additional software.

Is my business data secure?
All data is stored on Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure with full encryption, PDPA compliance, automatic daily backups, and complete data isolation between companies.
